Adedare Plumbing Academy provides practical, hands-on training in plumbing and pipe fitting through a 3-year apprenticeship-style program. Trainees are attached to our working teams and learn the trade on real installations, repairs and fit-outs.
The course runs on-site rather than in a classroom, so every skill is taught with the same materials, tools and standards we use for our clients. By the end of the programme a trainee can set out, install, test and maintain a complete plumbing system.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Core skills of the plumbing trade.
Pipe Fittings
Cutting, joining, threading and pressure-testing PVC, PPR and metal pipe runs.
Water Supply Systems
Tanks, pumps, risers and distribution lines for homes and multi-storey buildings.
Drainage Systems
Soil pipes, waste lines, soakaway and septic arrangements done to standard.
Plumbing Maintenance
Fault tracing, leak repair, servicing pumps and keeping systems running.
Practical On-Site Work
Daily work alongside master plumbers on real client sites — not a classroom.
